Who we are
This website, servosm.co.uk, is run by Servosm, a digital growth agency serving London and the whole UK. In this policy, “Servosm”, “we” and “us” mean Servosm. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What information we collect
When you fill in the enquiry form on our website we collect:
- your name, business name and email address
- your phone number and website or social media link, if you choose to give them
- what you would like help with and anything you write in the message box
- a record that you agreed to be contacted
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Like most websites, the services that deliver this site (see below) automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use this to identify you.
How we use your information

We will not sell your information, and we will not add you to a marketing mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers who help us run this website and our business:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
- Google — our email inbox (Gmail) and the fonts used on this site (Google Fonts).
- Hostinger — hosts this website and our business email.
- Unsplash, Cloudflare (cdnjs) and jsDelivr — deliver images and website code to your browser, so they receive your IP address when you visit.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the provider has in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose information if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
If you enquire but do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to 24 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small value in your browser for the current visit only (session storage) so the opening animation is not replayed every time you reload the page. It is deleted when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict or stop using your information, or object to how we use it
- ask us to transfer your information to someone else
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
